Employees from the Pharmaceutical or Life Science sector working or starting in an environment where working in projects is important:

●        QA and QC staff, project staff (managers) and engineers working in an environment where working in projects is important.

Learning objective:

The “Basic Project Management” training consists of a theoretical training that goes deeper into the various aspects within project management. In addition to a brief introduction, we look at the different phases. The initiation phase is the first important stage to get a clear picture about a project. Besides scope, composing a team is also covered. In the analysis and alignment phase, we discuss, among other things, the RACI model. The planning phase covers the various planning options. Project implementation and monitoring are fundamental to a project's success. Additionally, we also look at project closure. With this basic project management training, you as an employee will better understand the roles and responsibilities and be able to take your own steps to manage projects within your organisation.
